For Super Bowl LIV, Trigger and Bose collaborated with the NFL to create the Bose Super Bowl Locker Room Experience. This hands-free audio augmented reality activation was set up at the Super Bowl Experience fan event in Miami, FL, allowing fans to be immersed in a realistic pre-game locker room experience.
With the motion-sensing technology embedded in the Bose NC700 headphones, attendees are able to listen in on locker room interviews with NFL superstars. When a user is standing in front of specific Bose AR-enabled lockers, they will hear the interview as if they were in a cluster of reporters asking questions of Russell Wilson, Carson Wentz, Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey, and Baker Mayfield. When not in the interviews, users hear a specially-designed 360 degree soundscape of an authentic NFL locker room.
